Reserve Funds
This is your safety net. 20% of your loan is reserved for making monthly payments should it become difficult to.
Partnership
Our team of experienced investors will make your money work for you. The last 40% of your loan will go toward investment opportunities that our experts deem safe.
You get to keep 50% of all profits as we continue to invest. A portion will continue to go toward your reserve until the loan is paid off.
